PHOENIX, ARIZONA—(Disclosure & News Service – April 4, 2017) – PetroSun, Inc (OTC PINK: PSUD) announced today that the solar remote-power operational plans provided by Sonoran Dish Energy have been approved by PetroSun as the primary power source at the initial Holbrook Basin cryogenic helium processing plant. PetroSun holds the exclusive global licensing rights from Sonoran Dish Energy for its 24-hour power technology employing solar thermal storage and turbine generation, and from Sonoran CryoDesal for recovery and reduction of wastewater using freeze desalination methods.

Arizona Energy Partners LLC, an affiliate of PetroSun, will be the joint operator of the cryogenic helium processing plant that is rated at 10 million cubic feet of gas stream per day. The helium resources secured for the plant range from 4.8% to 9.3%, making it among the highest concentrations of helium resources in North America.
